Settle into your Hawaiian vacation in this easy-access, a ground-floor unit with golf course views on the Ka'anapali Golf course. There are some stairs only to this entrance-no elevators. Three stairs lead down to the living room and to the master bedroom. The guest bathroom has a walk-in shower, no tub.

Access to the spacious lanai is found off of the living room and master bedroom. Enjoy internet access. Walk from your condo to anywhere in the greater Kaanapali resort area. Whaler's Shopping Village, Kaanapali Beach, and Black Rock with their abundant outdoor activities are just a short stroll away.

Effective September 01, 2022, Ka’anapali Royal’s resort fee and guest parking, structure will charge a flat rate of $154 per stay, payable at the resort, whether or not guests are parking a vehicle. The second vehicles (pending approval from the property) are an additional $154. Gas BBQs are available in the pool area. BBQ on the lanai is for owner use only. Gas BBQs in the pool area are available for guest use.

Overall nice spot

Our stay was overall pretty good, though there could have been many small improvements that would have made it much better.
It was pretty ridiculous to be charged for extra blankets. The air vent was right above the bed in the primary bedroom and was freezing cold. The kitchen was well stocked but could have used a dish sponge (we used a washcloth to wash dishes). The rental is supposed to have an extra full bed, but it didn’t. It wasn’t until the night before we left did they bring a blowup mattress despite us needing it and asking for it for days before hand. Because the property management company is open Mon-Fri, closing at 4 - if you have anything come up Friday late afternoon - no one will attend to it for nearly 3 days. We never were able to fully get the TV to work, even the maintenance guy couldn’t get the smart TV to connect.
The patio was lovely - our favorite part of the unit. There are very very old beach chairs that peel paint and an umbrella that barely opens. They should invest in new breach stuff, mostly for safety reasons. The sand toys were nice to have.

Loved this location!

Loved this location! Right on the Golf Course. Short walk to the Beach... I think less than a mile. Kids loved jumping off the rock into the ocean. Great Snorkeling right there also. Eating out is expensive there... and so are the groceries. If you can, I would shop at the Walmart before you get there by the airport. Airport Terminal, Kahului, HI 96732. We arrived so late it was not an option for us. I really loved this condo! very homey and roomy! A great place to stay!

On Maui for Son's Wedding

We had a great time staying in Kaanapali Royal P101! It was a great large place to stay at with lots of shopping close by. It was close to the local hotels where we had family staying for our Sons wedding. It has a great patio where you can spend hours relaxing and watching the local birds wandering around!

Unit P101 is awesome. It is right up the golf course from Whalers Village and a 7 minute drive to front street. Chase 'N Rainbows-thank you for being great hosts and great communicators. The condo was perfect for my family and I.

Our stay here was relaxing

Our stay here was relaxing. The pictures are accurate. The condo was spacious throughout so we didn't feel cramped at all. Having a washer/dryer in the unit was such a convenience. There was an iron/ironing board and one blow dryer (owners are not required to provide blow dryers so we brought one in case). Fridge and stove were stainless steel and clean. There were some condiments in the unit and we left ours for others to use. King bed in master (between firm and soft) and twins in second bedroom (both firm) were comfortable. They had a starter pack which included items like toilet paper, tissue, paper towels etc. There were only three of us but there was ample supply. If you are able-bodied, it is a short 10-minute walk down to Whalers Village; about 10 minutes to Lahaina and 10-15 minutes to Kapalua by car. It was nice having breakfast on the lanai each morning. We could see and sometimes hear the golfers but never had a "close call" with a golf ball. There was only a sliver of an ocean view from the lanai, but a nice view of the golf course from the lanai. I loved the decor throughout the condo; full of cute and classic Hawaii-vibe items. There is a library of books to read in the unit. Used the pool once. It is a little walk from the unit, but was nice with a jacuzzi. Got a good corporate rate on rental car via Chase N. RainbowsI would recommend this unit and would stay here again. I would try a second floor so I can keep lanai doors open at night. But no elevators so keep your luggage light.

Review of P101

Nicely decorated and comfortable. Just as pictured. Everything you need in kitchen including left over spices and condiments. Snorkel gear in front closet along with beach toys. No beach towels though. Nice pool and hot tub. Gated parking area is nice. Ocean views and great location. Can walk to beach but the complex is uphill overlooking the resorts on the beach.

We have used Chase 'N Rainbows for many years, and have found their services to be friendly and efficient. Their rates are among the best in town. We also benefited from their special rate with Thrifty rental car. The condo was exactly as described with an ideal location near the 7th Hole of the golf course. The Whalers' Village is within walking distance, and the pool area and entire complex was kept neat and clean. Our sincere mahalo to Leslie and Carol for another memorable stay!
