Remodeled! Garden and resort views at this 1 bedroom-loft style condo in the Banyan Building at the beautiful Ocean front resort of Maui Kaanapali Villas. Our condo is nicely updated and furnished. Watch your favorite DVD on the 42 flat screen TV downstairs or the 32" TV in the bedroom. Bring your i-pod and listen to your favorites on the i-pod docking station. Accommodates up to 4 people with 2 side tilt twin beds in the living room and a second bathroom downstairs. Beach chairs, toys and boogie boards are also included.

The resort collects a $35 Per Night + Taxes facility fee upon check-in which covers:

We had a fantastic vacation on Maui! Thank you for doing a great job at helping us find the unit at the Maui Kannapali Villas. We loved unit B233. Please let the owners know we truly appreciate all their attention to detail and how lovingly they care for their condo. The unit was nicely furnished, had all the items we needed, was very comfortable, we loved everything about it, and our kids loved the murphy beds. The staff at the MPV front desk were friendly and accommodating, we loved the property, the pools, the beach, and everything we were able to see and do

Have stayed at MKV 9 times now and love the convenience of it. This is our 3rd stay in B233 We love having the loft bedroom and having 2 bathrooms. It has all the amenities we need when we come. My son lives in Napili so it is nice that he can come visit us her. We're discussing next years visit and hope that it will be available. Love MKV

This was our first visit to Maui and we had a lovely vacation. The condo was very comfortable and perfect for our family of 4. We didn't eat in too much but this condo was well equipped with anything you would need to make your stay comfortable. There were boogie boards and beach chairs the condo stored which we carried along with us in the car so we could stop spontaneously at any beach along our drives. At first I wished we were closer to the main pool but it turns out that the location of this suite is great as it is set back next to the quieter secondary pool and my kids loved it there. All in all a great trip and nothing to complain about and hope to be back for a visit soon.

We loved our stay MKV. This is our 6th time coming and we have stayed all over the island. MKV is great for the little ones, we have a 2 year old. The suite was well equipped, updated and very clean. We will definitely be back again...maybe in a bigger suite and something closer to the ocean next time, but we highly recommend this unit and the location.

Loved this rental!!! It had plenty of room and two bathrooms we a plus. Kitchen was nicely stocked for any cooking needs - even a waffle maker!!!! Great location. We walked everywhere. And much less crowded then at some other locations!!! Check in, check out was a breeze. And there was a great fitness center.

This was our 7th stay on Maui renting through Chase n’ Rainbows at this property. Everything about our trip was wonderful. The condo itself is like coming home. We feel so comfortable in it and there is everything you could want in it to make your stay a happy one. This year there were brand new beach chairs and a kick board. Lovely condo and lovely rental company. We will be coming back for many more years to come.

Our family of four was very comfortable in this condo! The beds were great, kitchen had everything we needed, and all was in good working order. The only issue we had was when we first arrived and could not find the thermostat (the air had been turned off prior to our arrival and it was a balmy 85 degrees in the unit). There was no mention of the thermostat in the information book, so that would have been helpful! We eventually found it on the second level.

5 Stars-Great Place, Great Stay!

Our family of 4 (kids 12 & 15) had a wonderful time in mid June! What a great space, and location. 3 minute walk to the beach a little north of Black Rock less crowded than around the high-rise hotels and condos!!! Space was clean an convenient. With the 2 Murphy beds, everyone was comfortable. Well maintained unit! Thanks for a great staywell definitely be back! (stay dates June 2018)
