Fantastic penthouse ocean views from this condo on the ocean at Kahana Bay. Decorated in a tropical theme, it makes a relaxing vacation for a couple or family of three. Both the kitchen and bathroom (no tub) have been remodeled with new appliances and fixtures including a washer/dryer. Enjoy the ocean front pool area right on the ocean. Royal Kahana is an ocean front resort and walking distance to shops and restaurants including Maui Brewing Co, China Boat, Dollie's Pub and Cafe and the Beach House Kahana. We offer free Wi-Fi in our condo. Phone charges will apply to all calls.

Not our usual vacation with Chase’N’ Rainbows

The room was nice, the views from the lanai were great. The first day everything was fine, but on the second day I put some laundry in the dryer,
and the lint trap shot the filter out. We called and they sent an electrician out. He fixed it, but a couple days later I put laundry in and it blew the circuit breaker again. We didn’t have power again.
My husband thought it could be something major, so we went without power for the rest of our stay.

Royal Kahana

It was a great vacation in an amazing condo! We were there a week and we really enjoyed the condo, pool and outdoor grill. We cooked pool side several nights in our stay. It is a far walk from the parking however, there were carts that were available when we needed to carry a lot of things. I am looking forward to staying here again in the future.

Amazingness!

great location to amenities: beaches and night life on Front Street (or day life haha!) Oceanview and Beachfront! Full size fridge helped us limit expenses of eating out to just dinner and was a perfect cozy temporary home by sea for our honeymoon. We woke up to views of nearby Lanai island and waves of the ocean and fell asleep listening to waves come to shore....pure magic of a trip with the comfort of home too. The resort staff itself was incredibly helpful, friendly, and hospitable as well!

5 Stars-Amazing views

The view off the balcony is by far the best part of the unit. It is a studio, so not very large, the pictures make it look a little bigger but it was perfect for my girlfriend and I. Washer and dryer were great, bathroom is nice and kitchen has what we needed - coffeemaker, toaster, blender and some supplies although we did not cook any meals. There is NO beach due to erosion and the pool cabana is under construction (which we never used, as of 4.14.18) the parking spots are extremely small and difficult finding a spot after 10pm just FYI. Overall we had a great time, world class beaches all around. Maui brewing right across the street. Incredible views and you can hear the water from the balcony.
