Great Property and Location

We had a wonderful stay at the Mahana Resort #1103. The ocean front view was amazing. The unit was clean and accommodating. The check in procedure was simple. The property was clean with ample parking. It was in a great location with restaurants and food trucks in walking distance. The beach pathway was perfect for walking if you didn't want to walk in the sand. You can see a beautiful sunset from your lanai or watch from the Beach Club or Dukes on either side of the resort. The WiFi and air conditioning worked well. I would recommend this property.

Amazing view and location

My husband and I stayed 5 nights in this beautiful condo and we could have stayed twice as long! The view from the balcony was even better than we expected. As other reviews mentioned, we saw countless whales daily right from the balcony and the sunsets were specular. We even saw a moonset when we woke up early one morning. I loved that they provided binoculars to see the whales even closer. The bed was super comfortable and everything was very clean and tidy. The condo building was lovely and well-maintained. Parking was ample and very easy. The condo’s location was also great, located near many restaurants and a nice beach path for strolling or jogging. We would love to stay here again on our next visit to Maui.

Hello, We enjoyed our stay very much. However a few things to note the blender did not work, and the carpet was in bad shape. We work in the floor covering business, and the carpet needs to be replaced or a replaced flooring for better cleaning. Thank you.

Amazing view of Lanai and Molokai, almost felt like a view from a cruise ship with all that ocean. Sunsets are amazing setting Ofer the islands and ocean.

Awesome views, great location, lots of sea turtles you can see from the balcony, condo is as pictured, property is nice and clean.

We have been to this property several times. Great location, walking distance to markets and the coffee shop. Greenbelt walk to Whalers Village and back is gorgeous and gets your 10K steps in. This is right on the water and you can sleep to the peaceful sounds of the waves at night.

Like living in a dream

The ocean view was just breathtaking and everything was clean. I loved the convenience of having a washer, dryer and kitchen. More than that I loved falling asleep and waking up to the sound of ocean waves and being able to walk 5 steps out of bed to the balcony where I could view miles and miles of gorgeous blue ocean and see whales and other islands in the distance. I still think about the view and how I felt being in that condo. It's now one of my happy places.

Easy, nice, good value

Booked this place on a last minute trip. It was a romantic, ideal location that was easy to reach and walkable to almost everything we needed. Highly recommended. The only issue was a loud fan in the HVAC... enough to notice but intrusive. The view is amazing. Clean, well kept.
